Launched in April 2023 and guided by Hyatt's purpose of care, the Event Experience Guides were built to streamline communications between hotel sales and event teams and meeting planners. Each product offers customized property-specific planning resources, including curated food and beverage menus unique to each location, carefully assembled "Sustainability Fact Sheets," time-saving Event Success Guidelines, and much more.
The visually led Experience Guides, offers a suite of products that allow for a flexible and seamless process for meeting and event planners, so they can focus on delivering exceptional events for attendees, and in-property managers to easily share proposals with potential clients.
Challenge.
For meeting and event planners, the biggest challenge isn’t creativity—it is logistics. Too often, vital information lived in different places, overwhelming planners and causing unnecessary back-and-forth with hoteliers, all before an event can even begin to take shape.

To offer a customized solution with property-specific planning resources, and real-time information available 24/7. Designed as a modular system, the Event Experience Guides allows for cross-brand implementation that can accommodate any hotel within the Hyatt family.
