After being selected as one of the most innovative digital products in Colombia, F4F started the process to re-invent the platform, creating a stronger product, modern brand and seamless experience for users. Through an updated development of challenges, polls, and gamified experiences.

Challenge.

Traditional market research often implies high costs for companies, significant time investment and potential biases in data collection and interpretation. The difficulties in sampling and ensuring participant quality are visibly more evident when targeting younger generations.

Approach.

Rebranding the platform with bold visuals and energetic color systems captured the thrill of fan culture. The platform redesign simplified navigation, gamified the UI, and highlighted interactive challenges. Every interaction was designed to drive participation and reward completion.
